What is the Assessor Agent?
The Assessor Agent is an AI-powered feature that automates key parts of third-party risk assessments. It handles interpretation and analysis of questionnaires, findings, and documents, so your team can focus on decisions rather than paperwork.
How does the Assessor Agent save time?
The average assessment takes 4–6 hours of analyst time, most of which is spent reading and interpreting information. The Agent targets this bottleneck. Testing demonstrated an average of 3.5 hours in time savings when using the Assessor Agent across key workflows, including Data & Access completion and CAP finding review. Your organization-configured findings will still be applied, and the Agent will never remove them.
What can the Assessor Agent do?
Summarize uploaded files such as SOC2 reports, Certificates of Insurance, and Penetration Test results.
Fill out the Data & Access section based on the Business Owner Request form and vendor questionnaire responses.
Apply automated Censinet findings to the Corrective Action Plan (CAP).
Recommend removing non-applicable findings based on use case and mitigating controls found in questionnaire responses and uploaded evidence.
Generate a draft Summary Report to speed up documentation.
Will the AI make decisions for me?
No. The Agent drafts, flags, and recommends, but you validate and approve. Final decisions always remain yours.
Can I use the AI Data & Access or AI findings without the Agent?
No. AI Data & Access and AI findings are integrated capabilities within the Assessor Agent and are not available as standalone features.
Can I adjust or override the AI’s work?
Yes. You can agree with or remove findings as needed. We recommend manually re-running the Summary Report Copilot after making any changes to Data & Access, Notes, or CAP findings to ensure the final report reflects your updates.
How do I enable the Assessor Agent?
Because this is an AI-powered feature, it requires your confirmation to enable. Simply reply to your account representative's email or contact them directly to confirm you'd like the Assessor Agent turned on for your account.
What is the difference between the Assessor Agent and the Questionnaire Copilot?
The Assessor Agent assists risk assessors by automating tasks like summarizing files, filling out Data & Access, applying findings to the CAP, and generating Summary Reports. The Questionnaire Copilot is another Censinet AI tool that assists vendors (when they receive an assessment request not yet completed on the platform) or providers (for Proxy assessments) in filling out questionnaires faster. The Questionnaire Copilot is especially helpful when supporting documentation contains answers to questionnaire questions, speeding up the overall assessment process.
See Copilot and AI for more details.
Do I need to learn a new platform?
No. The Agent works within your existing Censinet workflows; there's no new platform to learn.
What onboarding resources are available?
A self-service video tutorial is available to help you get started. If you'd like additional support, an optional video call can be scheduled.
Who do I contact if I have questions or issues?
Reach out to your customer success representative or Censinet support with any questions.
How can I provide feedback on the Assessor Agent?
Your feedback is valuable and helps shape product improvements. All customers using the assessor agent are encouraged to utilize in-app feedback tools to share feedback so the Censinet team can review and take action. Censinet's product roadmap is customer-led and customer-leveraged, so your input is instrumental in continued development. Share feedback with your account representative or support team.
Is the Assessor Agent available now?
Yes, the Assessor Agent is available now. Contact your account representative for details on enabling it for your account.
