Overview

The Assessor Agent is an AI-powered feature that helps you complete third-party risk assessments faster by automating the most time-consuming parts of your assessments.

The Agent completes Data & Access sections, summarizes key documents, generates contextually relevant findings for the corrective action plans (CAP), and drafts Summary Reports, freeing your team to focus on decisions, not paperwork.

Important: The Assessor Agent drafts, flags, and recommends. You always review, validate, and approve. Final decisions remain yours.

Why?

A typical third-party risk assessment takes 4–6 hours of analyst time. Most of that time is spent reading, interpreting, and documenting information rather than making decisions.

You’ll gain:

  • Operational: Up to 66% time reduction on key workflows, faster turnaround, lower cognitive load, and consistent rigor across assessments.

  • Strategic: Your ongoing feedback helps shape product improvements. Censinet's product roadmap is customer-led and customer-leveraged; your input is instrumental in continued development.

Testing demonstrated significant time savings across key workflows, including Data & Access completion and CAP finding review. AI-generated file summaries and regenerated summary reports further improved efficiency following manual adjustments.

By reducing repetitive analysis work, the Assessor Agent helps teams complete assessments faster. It also reduces cognitive load on assessors and supports consistency across assessments.

Using the Assessor Agent

The Assessor Agent assists with reviewing vendor questionnaire responses, interpreting uploaded documentation, drafting and validating CAP findings, and generating assessment summaries.

Let’s walk through how to use the Assessor Agent, starting with the steps you take once the vendor submits their questionnaire responses.

When a vendor submits their responses, Censinet notifies you by email. The email includes a link that takes you directly to the assessment page in Censinet RiskOps.

You can also go to the Analyst RiskOps Dashboard and click the Assessments - In progress tab to find all your assessments with vendor responses. Click the appropriate row to open the assessment page.

The Assessor Agent will:

  1. Fills out Data & Access: Completes the Data & Access section based on the Business Owner Request form and vendor questionnaire responses.

  2. Applies automated findings: Adds findings to the Corrective Action Plan (CAP).

  3. Recommends removing non-applicable findings: Identifies findings that may not apply based on the use case and mitigating controls found in questionnaire responses and uploaded evidence.

  4. Enhanced generation of summaries and reports: Automatically creates summaries of key uploaded documents (such as SOC2 reports, Certificates of Insurance, and Penetration Test results) and drafts a Summary Report to accelerate documentation.

When the Assessor Agent finishes processing, review any CAP findings the agent applied.

We value your feedback.
All customers using the Assessor Agent are encouraged to share feedback using the in-app feedback tools, which allow the Censinet team to review submissions and take appropriate action. Customer input plays an important role in shaping ongoing product improvements.

Working with AI-generated results

You remain in control at every step.

You can:

  • Review and validate findings: Accept findings that are accurate, edit or remove findings that don’t apply, and adjust remediation steps as needed.

  • Regenerate summaries: After making manual changes, regenerate summaries so reports reflect your final decisions.

  • Improve accuracy over time: Your feedback (agreeing with or removing findings) helps improve future recommendations.

Remember, the Assessor Agent performs best when you provide it with feedback.
